farmers' market at lwr
Our founder was tasked with creating a farmers’ market for a town center in the design phase. The Market began with 13 vendors and 500 weekly guests. Five years later when the town center debuted, it opened with The Market to more than 90 vendors and 9,000 guests. The Market grew into a top-rated, regional farmers' market.
lakewood ranch community activities
Monaca strengthened this nonprofit organization that is responsible for the ongoing lifestyle of Lakewood Ranch after build out. She serves as Board Chair and has helped to create signature events with a multigenerational appeal including an annual community campout, concerts in the park, and LWR 101, a virtual orientation and welcome program for residents.
mvp sports and social
Our founder forged a strong partnership with this organization to bring recreational, social sports to a master-planned community, which helped drive multigenerational participation and sales.
parks and rec program
This parks and recreation program was brought to life following COVID, as residents wanted to be outdoors more frequently. The program began with Sunday Yoga and evolved to more than 60 classes.
ranch nite wednesdays
Our founder created this event to attract younger families to the community. This fun “hump-day” event includes food trucks, live music, and is home to the largest social corn hole league in the country. In the 3rd year, attendance increased by more than 350% over year one.
summer camps
Collaborating with the Willowsford HOA, farm, and conservancy, our founder established a summer camp for kids ages 7-12 that included days on the farm, culinary experiences, hiking, kayak lessons, outdoor fun, art, and STEM classes.
