With no amenities opened, OnPlace launched the lifestyle program and community mobile app in Q3 2022. Our team hosted an array of off-site events, established relationships with residents through orientation happy hours, and educated the builder sales teams about the lifestyle program. In Q1 2023, our team expanded services and assisted in opening the experiential Sunterra Welcome Center, a sales center to showcase the Sunterra community to prospects, and temporary home to host lifestyle events.
